These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of https://braidedbybeauties.com, our booking services, and our text messaging program, operated by Braided By Beauties LLC, 6725 Suitland Rd, Morningside, MD 20746.

Consultation Required

A free 3–5 minute consultation is required before booking your first braid appointment, so we can see all of your natural hair and recommend the best style, fit, and braiding method.

Booking and Appointments

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your service total.
  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
  • Late arrivals: arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
  • No-shows may be charged for the full booking.
  • Prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on length, size, and hair needs.
  • By booking, you confirm you have read all the details for your selected style.

Health & Safety

To protect our clients and stylists, Braided By Beauties reserves the right to refuse service if a client arrives with blisters, scabs, open wounds, cuts, bleeding or oozing pimples, or any other irritation or visible skin condition affecting the scalp or any exposed area of the body.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description: Braided By Beauties sends text messages to clients who opt in on our website. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, rebooking reminders, and, if you separately opt in, occasional promotions.

Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 240-557-2416. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
